Welcome to Athan Easy. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Athan Easy mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App provides prayer times, local notifications, a Qibla compass, and related features. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
The App may request access to your device location and permission to send notifications. You may decline these permissions; however, certain features (such as automatic prayer times and the Qibla compass) may not function without them.
The App relies on third-party services such as the Aladhan API to fetch prayer times. Use of those services is subject to the third party’s terms and policies. The App is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.
The App may include widgets or Live Activities that display limited data via a shared app group. Data displayed in widgets is limited to the current prayer times and next prayer.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including text, graphics, and sounds bundled with the App, are owned by or licensed to the app owner. You may not use the App’s trademarks or content without explicit permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability of prayer times or any other content. You acknowledge that prayer times provided by third-party APIs may vary and should be used responsibly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the app owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the app owner is located, without regard to conflict of law rules.
